Programs

1. Weekly Gatherings Held three days a week (Monday through Wednesday), our gatherings provide a space for seniors to engage in Buddhist studies, yoga, meditation, Zumba, and art workshops. These activities foster physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

2. Cultural Preservation We offer classes in Tibetan and Himalayan languages, traditional dance, and music. This helps seniors maintain their cultural identity while passing down traditions to younger generations.

3. City Tours and Social Activities Organized city tours, musical performances, and annual picnics offer seniors a chance to explore, socialize, and build stronger community bonds.

4. Free Meals Seniors are provided with free breakfast and lunch during gatherings, along with tea and snacks throughout the day.

5. Support for Tibetan Settlements in India Beyond New York, we work with community leaders in Tibetan refugee settlements across India, offering support and assistance to destitute seniors.
