Yoga Instructor Amji Jetsun Chime La

Amji Jetsun Chime was born into the Gangkar medical lineage. She was recognized by the Nyingma master Kyabje Trulshik Rinpoche as the reincarnation of Jetsun Kushab from Dingri in Upper Tibet. She spent over 20 years studying Tibetan Buddhism and other subjects. Afterwards, she studied Traditional Tibetan Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan medicine) for six years at the Men-Tsee-Khang (Tibetan Medical and Astro Institute), graduating successfully. Following graduation, under the organization of Men-Tsee-Khang, she served as a doctor at the Boudhanath branch clinic in Nepal, in Brazil, South America, and at the branch clinic in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

In 2004, she moved to the United States and settled in New York, where she continues to provide Tibetan medical health services to people of various ethnicities. She also visits North American religious organizations and institutions upon invitation to conduct pulse and urine analysis, provide health guidance and preventive care based on Traditional Tibetan Sowa Rigpa. Additionally, she travels to other countries to discuss Traditional Tibetan Sowa Rigpa and participates in online discussions and talks about Tibetan medical health guidance.

In 2016, she established Jetsun Kunphen Ling, an organization for Tibetan culture, which provides Tibetan medical pulse and urine analysis, health guidance, and preventive care to Tibetans, Himalayans, and people of various ethnicities. Under the organization of Jetsun Kunphen Ling, she continues to provide medical assistance to the elderly and underprivileged in India and Nepal, and also contributes to the preservation of Tibetan culture and language.

For over 20 years, she has been interested in yoga and other physical exercises, obtaining a yoga teacher certification. Currently, she regularly conducts five yoga classes per week, teaches yoga when invited to other locations, and provides personalized health and yoga instruction for general well-being and specific ailments.

In summary, she has been engaged in social services related to public health for over 26 years and continues to do so.

Zumba Instructor Yeshi Dolkar La

Yeshi Drolkar completed her education up to 11th grade at the Upper Tibetan Children's Village school in Dharamsala. For a few years, she served as a senior student guardian in the school's hostel. She also joined the school's performing arts group and had the fortunate opportunity to offer cultural performances on occasions such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama's birthday celebrations. In October 2021, she arrived in the United States and enrolled in the Jamaica Learning Center to continue her education, where she completed 12th grade.

During her free time between classes, she obtained certifications as both a Yoga and Zumba instructor. She currently teaches Yoga and Zumba classes on weekends, organized by Jetsun Kunphen Ling.

Currently, she is a second-year student at Queens Borough Community College in New York. Recently, she had the fortunate opportunity to volunteer during the long-life offering ceremony for His Holiness the Dalai Lama, organized by North American Tibetan Associations.
